By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

Meglato n Capital provides simulated trader evaluation programs for educational and performance-testing purposes.

We do not:

• Offer brokerage services

• Hold or manage client funds

• Provide investment or financial returns

• Trade real market capital on behalf of users

Any “funding” or payout issued is performance-based reward, not live trading capital.

2. Eligibility

By using our services you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older

• You are not a U.S. resident (restricted region)

• You are engaging voluntarily and for educational purposes only

We reserve the right to refuse access at our discretion.

3. Account Access & Delivery

Upon successful purchase:

• Evaluation account details are provided digitally

• Users are responsible for checking accuracy and contacting support in case of issues

Account delivery timelines may vary due to system or review procedures.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once account access is delivered.

Refunds are not provided for:

• failed evaluations

• rule breaches

• dissatisfaction

• misunderstanding of rules

• changes of mind

Please read product details before purchasing.

5. Evaluation Rules

Users must comply with:

• Profit targets

• Daily loss limits

• Maximum drawdown limits

• Prohibited trading behaviours

• Minimum trading days (if applicable)

Breaching any rule results in termination of that
evaluation account without refund.

6. Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions result in immediate failure and potential ban:

• Copy-trading

• Hedging across accounts

• Arbitrage or latency exploits

• HFT bots

• Toxic flow / manipulation

• Multi-account abuse

• Exploiting system loopholes

We reserve the right to deny payouts in case of fraud or rule violation.

7. Payouts & Rewards

Funded-phase payouts:

• Are issued only after rule compliance review

• Require identity verification (KYC)

• Are performance-based rewards from simulated evaluation

We may delay or deny payout requests if:

• Rules were violated

• Suspicious activity exists

• Identity cannot be verified

Giveaway accounts may have reduced payout limits.

8. Digital Product Classification

All products sold by Meglaton Capital are digital services:

• You are purchasing access to an evaluation environment

• You are not buying trading capital or investment products

9. Chargeback Policy

Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Permanent ban

• Access termination

• Submission of evidence to the payment processor

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, and platform assets are the property of Meglaton Capital.

Users must not:

• copy

• resell

• redistribute

• claim ownership

of any proprietary material.

11. Support & Communication

Support is provided primarily through:

• Discord ticketing

• official email

• or website contact methods

Response times may vary.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Meglato n Capital is not responsible for:

• profit or loss experienced in trading

• user decisions or strategies

• platform downtime

• brokerage execution issues

• third-party integrations

• delays or consequences of rule violations

Participation is at your own risk.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept updated terms.

14. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed under general Indian commercial laws for digital services.

Users agree that disputes, if any, will be handled through:
